Cannell Library welcomes a new Library and Archives Paraprofessional 2: Video Bookings and Course Reserves technician, Wendy Clark.

A philosophy and English major from Lewis & Clark College, Wendy has been unable to get away from libraries or her last name. While working as an Assistant 1 at Fort Vancouver Regional Library, she attended Okuhara-sensei’s Clark College Japanese classes in preparation for three years as an assistant English teacher with the JET Programme in Fukuoka, Japan. She received her MA in Information Studies from the University of Brighton, UK, and returned to public library service at the King County Library System in the Seattle area. She is very excited to be back at a workplace in Clark County. Her pastimes are making and eating cupcakes, writing unpublished novels, and hiking on sunny days. Please contact her to schedule or renew a video, or to place items on reserve, at ext. 2553 or at wclark@clark.edu.
