One piece of the work we&#8217;ve been doing is creating a <a href=\"https:\/\/clark.libguides.com\/anti-racism\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Anti-Racism (DEIA) online guide<\/a>. It brings together websites, videos, articles, and other resources for the Clark College and wider community. It is not perfect or finished; we will continue to add resources as we learn about them and encourage <a href=\"http:\/\/library.clark.edu\/content\/ask-librarian\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">feedback and suggestions<\/a>, especially from BIPOC members of our community.<\/p>\n<p>Here&#8217;s a brief overview of <a href=\"https:\/\/clark.libguides.com\/anti-racism\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">the guide<\/a>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Allyship in Action<\/li>\n<li>Support Services for People of Color<\/li>\n<li>History of Race in the U.S., with information specific to the Pacific Northwest<\/li>\n<li>Power &amp; Privilege 101, focusing on implicit bias, stereotypes, and microaggressions<\/li>\n<li>Best Practices to Support Dreamers<\/li>\n<li>White Supremacy Culture<\/li>\n<li>Intersectionality, highlighting people, organizations, and resources related to Disability Justice and the LGBTQIA+ community<\/li>\n<li>Leading with Racial Equity<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We want to be accountable for DEIA work and hope that this guide is helpful for you in your work!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Almost one year ago, we shared a statement of solidarity, commitment, and resources\u00a0in response to continuing violence against Black, Indigenous, and non-Black People of Color (BIPOC).
