World Sleep Day is March 18! Did you know World Sleep Day existed? Well, I did not. But, it is a great day to think about your sleep habits and hygiene. Your Clark Libraries have great resources to help you learn more about sleep. Find information below.

  • Look at your sleep area for proper hygiene.
  • Think about ways you can improve your sleep.
  • Think about ways to make your sleep a priority.
  • Think about getting a sleep study done to understand your sleep patterns.
