The Craft of Comics, Panel 5/18

The Craft of Comics: Artists and Authors Panel is taking place next week Monday, May 18th, starting at 10 a.m. in the Fireside Lounge, PUB 161. This event features five local comic artists and authors and is part of the Subtext Literary Festival, sponsored by the Columbia Writers Series & Clark Art Talks in collaboration with Clark College Libraries. Robin Herrera – editor at Oni Press, Portland, Oregon, known for The Bunker Vol. 1Letter 44, Invader Zim -author of Hope Is a Ferris Wheel

Steve Lieber – cartoonist/illustrator/storyboard artist in Portland, Oregon, known for Whiteout, Whiteout: Melt, Batman, Superman, Hellboy, Star Trek, Road to Perdition

Jeff Parker – writer and comic book artist, known for The Interman, Agents of Atlas, Thunderbolts, Aquaman

Taneka Stotts – writer, editor and project manager, known for Full Circle, Love & Sprockets
