Snack & Study: Fuel Your Body – Fuel Your Brain

Come to Cannell Library on main campus the week of March 6th for free snacks, tutoring support, reference and instruction librarians, counseling & health workshops, student success coaches, Open Education Resources (OER) information and more!

Event hours with special sessions on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday

  • Monday, March 6th: 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
    • Special Session from 11:15-11:45, Sleep and Nutrition: Learn how to take care of your body and brain to give you the best chance of success (Provided by Clark Counseling & Health Center)
  • Tuesday, March 7th: 11:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
    • Special Session from 2:00 – 2:30, Overcoming Test Anxiety: Learn some effective strategies for overcoming test anxiety and feeling prepared before finals! (Provided by Clark Counseling & Health Center)
  • Wednesday, March 8th: 11:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
    • Special Session from 12:00-12:30, Creative Stress Management: Learn and practice tips for stress management in fun and creative ways! (Provided by Clark Counseling & Health Center)
  • Thursday, March 9th: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
