Latino Celebration – Day of the Book

Hola! On Friday, May 1 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. in the Gaiser Student Center, Clark College Libraries will be celebrating the Day of the Children/Day of the Book (Dia del Nino/Dia del Libro) in collaboration with the Spanish Department and Events Office of Clark College.

Spanish language students will offer bilingual StoryTime in a quiet reading corner. They will be reading from children’s books you can check out from our Renaissance Kids Collection. It’s nice to take a break from the excitement and activities of the Children’s Fair going on all around us. Enjoy yummy snacks, games, dancing, puppet shows, crafts, and win a free book to take home! This is our fifth year and every celebration gets bigger and better.
