“The Eleventh Hour, A Curious Mystery by Graeme Base is a wonderful book. The illustrations are fantastic, the story is brilliant, but there is also a marvelous mystery to be solved. Horace the elephant is turning 11 and decides to hold a grand birthday party with all his friends to celebrate. He creates a scrumptious banquet and shows it to his guests before they go off to have fun playing birthday games. However, when they return to eat the meal, it is already devoured! Who could have done this? It’s up to you to read the story closely and examine the pictures carefully for clues in order to solve the curious mystery of the Eleventh Hour.”

Check out this book, and others, in our Discover Catalog! Remember, many items are also available through Summit, so if we don’t have it, we may know someone who does.
