September Virtual Display: Self-Care Awareness Month

An image that reads "September is self-care awareness month."

September is Self-Care Awareness Month! The Clark College Libraries staff recognizes that students are dealing with a lot right now. School can be overwhelming, especially when there is a global pandemic, protests for racial justice, and an election happening all at once. We have created a list of resources that focus on wellness, mindfulness, and activities that can be done for self-care. If you are in need of more resources specifically related to mental health, the Clark College Counseling and Health Center has a page of Mental Health and Wellness Resources, including crisis hotlines.

Follow the links below to check out some ebooks, videos, articles, and other digital resources. To access ebooks click the link next to “Get It Now At:” and sign in with your lab username and password. Some may have a link at the top of the page that says “Check for full text” instead. Non-Clark Libraries’ resources do not require a Clark Labs account.
